We create the systems that run your business and the channels that grow it: AI automation, custom software, ads, outreach and search. Scoped in plain language, measured against a baseline. You keep the form.

Platforms we work in

Ads, commerce, CRM and AI: we build and run inside the tools your customers already use.

The problem

Busywork has no form.

Every business runs on small, repeated moves that nobody designed: the copy-paste, the reminder, the report rebuilt from scratch. We find them, put them in order, and hand the repetitive ones to a system, with a person still holding the decisions.

  1. 01Copy order totals into accounting becomes: Synced automatically
  2. 02Answer “where’s my order?” again becomes: Answered from live order data
  3. 03Re-key web leads into the CRM becomes: Captured, enriched, routed
  4. 04Boost a post and hope it sells becomes: Ads tested, measured, scaled
  5. 05Sort the shared inbox becomes: Classified and prioritized
  6. 06Rebuild Monday’s report from four exports becomes: On your desk before 8 a.m.
  7. 07Translate the same reply into Spanish becomes: Bilingual by default
  8. 08Guess which ad drove the sale becomes: Every lead traced to its source

The method

Five forms.Every time.

In karate, a kata is a sequence practiced until it is precise. Our engagements follow one too, so you always know where we are, what comes next, and what you will receive at each step.

  1. The Creatr Dojo robot sensei performing a respectful standing bow

    01 · Rei (the bow)

    Listen.

We start by learning how work actually moves: who does what, in which tools, and where hours leak. No pitch deck. Questions and screen-shares.

You receiveWorkflow map and opportunity shortlist

  2. The robot sensei in a calm ready stance with fists at the belt

    02 · Yoi (ready)

    Design.

We choose the one or two workflows worth automating first, set a baseline, define what success means, and design the system with human checkpoints.

You receiveBlueprint, success metrics and a fixed scope

  3. The robot sensei delivering a controlled straight punch in a front stance

    03 · Tsuki (the strike)

    Build.

We build inside your existing accounts, test against real cases from your business, and show progress weekly. Focused effort, aimed at one target.

    You receiveWorking system in production

  4. The robot sensei teaching with an open, extended hand

    04 · Oshie (teaching)

    Teach.

Your team learns to run it, check it and improve it. Everything is documented and handed over, so the system belongs to you, not to us.

You receiveRunbook, training and recorded walkthroughs

  5. The robot sensei balanced in a crane stance with one palm raised

05 · Tsuru (the crane, balance)

    Refine.

We measure against the baseline, tune what needs tuning, and decide together what is worth automating next. Balance before the next move.

You receiveResults review and next roadmap

How our systems behave

A human at everycheckpoint.

AI is fast and occasionally wrong. Disciplined systems are designed for both. This is the shape every workflow we ship follows. Select a step to see what happens there.

A person decides.

Anything uncertain, sensitive or above a threshold you set waits for approval. Confidence scores and the reason for each flag are shown, so review takes seconds.

Principles

Dojo rules.

The rules we hold ourselves to on every engagement, so you can hold us to them too.

  1. I

    Plain language

No jargon and no magic. You will understand what we built, how it works and why it was the right call.

  2. II

    A human at every checkpoint

AI drafts, sorts and suggests. People approve what matters. Every system ships with a review step, a log and an off switch.

  3. III

    Measured, not promised

We record a baseline before we build and report against it afterwards. If it doesn’t move the number, we say so.

  4. IV

    Yours to keep

Your accounts, your data, your documentation. We build so you could run it without us.

Why a sensei

A good sensei doesn’t fight for you. They teach the form until it’s yours.

That is the model. We build the system, prove it against a baseline, and teach your team to run it. You keep the accounts, the data and the know-how. If we do our job well, you need us less over time, and call us back for the next move, not to keep the lights on.

About Creatr Dojo

Questions

Straightanswers.

All questions

What does working with Creatr Dojo look like?

It follows the same five forms every time: Listen, Design, Build, Teach, Refine. It starts with a 30-minute workflow review, moves to a short assessment and blueprint, then a fixed-scope build of the first workflow, followed by training and a results review.

Do you only do AI, or marketing and software too?

All three, on purpose. We build the systems (automation, AI assistants, software, CRM, tracking), run the channels that bring customers (ads, email and SMS, SEO and AI search), and train your team. The same discipline applies to each: a baseline, a human checkpoint, and honest reporting.

Will AI replace our staff?

Our work removes repetitive steps so people can spend their time on customers, judgment and growth. Every system we design keeps a person responsible for the decisions that matter.

How do you handle our data?

We work inside your accounts with the minimum access required, document every connection, and configure AI providers so your data is not used for model training where that option is offered. Access is removed at the end of the engagement unless you ask us to stay on.
